This is my third purchase of the cream, which hopefully speaks volumes for what I am about to say. I suffer from Atopic Eczema, and I have been using this cream twice daily since I was diagnosed. On the occasion when I have stopped using it, thinking that my skin is back to normal, it has quickly deteriorated resulting in pronounced redness, itchiness and cracking. Following a few days re-applying the cream, it is quickly back to normal. I have learnt my lesson now and even though my skin might look OK I still apply a protective layer daily. Application is straightforward, with the container making it easy to control and squeeze a measured amount on to the fingers. Gently applied to the affected area I find that it is quickly absorbed leaving a grease free protective barrier on the skin. It's expensive but don't let this put you off buying it as I have found that a little goes along way and moreover it WORKS.

Your mileage may vary of course, but for me this E45 Repair Cream has almost completely solved several skin problems on my hands. I really like that it's not greasy (your hands quickly "dry" as it soaks in), it's unscented, and it's sufficient to apply a small amount (size of a pea) 2-3 times per day making the tube last ages. Discovering this product has been an absolute revelation for me and I now keep a tube at work, in the car, and take it with me on any trip. It seems very expensive for what it is, but given how long it lasts and how well it works, I highly recommend it.
