I got this elbow brace set because I have tennis elbow. It is getting better but I still need to have a little bit of support when I'm doing my exercises. The sleeve portion was what I was most interested in and it works very well. It comes with two of everything.I was unsure which size to get since I was on the top end of the smaller one and the low end of the bigger one so I bought the smaller one... that is too small. WhenI take it off, it looks like I have a tribal tattoo but that's my own fault. Hopefully with all my exercising and over time it will stretch out and fit! :)I have to say that it really works well. I used it to ride on on my motorcycle for the track this past weekend. I was riding all day and was really worried that the turing of the throttle would make my wrist hurt more, but at the end of the day, when I took it off, it was feeling really good! I SHOULD have worn it when I went to the Painting party that I went to the other night because I'm a righty and my tennis elbow is on the right, I really fatigued that arm. Next time I will remember.I also use it for my Barre class that I just joined. I use it off and on and when I use it, my arm feels better the next day. So I just have to remember to wear it.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I might have to go up a size but again, that's my own fault. Look at the pictures for the sizing as well.

Supplier shipped on time and packed very well. Items however, were not up to standards. Sleeves too tight at the biceps. And the elbow straps, the plastic rings are too wide. Alowing for it to turn and loosen..... Again the shipper was very good and offered full refund.

I was offered a discount to review this product. I purchased this because I get occasional tennis elbow / inflammation on the posterior side of my elbow from working out and just existing as I get older and try to stay in shape. The sleeves are not as thick as neoprene, but are better quality than others I have purchased and provide more support. I have tried the neoprene also and they are too thick and rigid for activities like basketball.The two braces are also nice and have more surface area on the padded area to provide pressure to a wider area. I have an Ace elbow brace and it does not have a padded area, just strap that tightens and I feel like this brace does a better job of pinpointing the pressure, thus relieving some of the inflammation feeling in my elbow. The sweat bands will come in handy as the weather warms up and I start jogging.Overall the quality of these products seems good and you get 2 of each, s if you lose one or in my case, need one for each arm, you have everything you need.

I purchased this set of elbow braces because I was having trouble on some days with tweaking my forearm when I was at the gym. It usually happened at the very start of the workout then got worse throughout my lifts. I've worn them for about a week so far and I haven't had any pain in my forearm/elbow. I was able to power through an arm day and a chest day back to back with heavy weight with this. The materials on these brace sets are great!..One of the best things about it is that you can completely adjust them. The sleeves fit tight and snug, but not restrictive or constrictive like an old Ace Bandage. They are flexible enough to give comfort and support but still leaving me feel free from that feeling of wearing a cast.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, and I will update this review if I have any major problems with this elbow brace set in the near future.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
