The taste is not too strong, its soft and good. It tastes just like vanilla but the stavia does take some getting used to since it has a particular taste if you are not used to it. As far as the workout part, this is an after workout supplement. I do feel that I recuperate a bit quicker than usual the next day. My muscles don't ache as much and I feel like I can walk and do the normal things much faster than when I don't take it. So far it has been working great. I don't feel like I have an overload of energy, but just enough for my workout. Would recommend since its All-Natural Whey Protein.

tastes gross like sun- bleached stevia. overly sweet and chemically. i gave it to my boyfriend he likes it though. he said its a good calorie and size/cost ratio.

Love how clean and natural this protein is. It def tastes "natural" which takes getting used to, but the quality is so good its worth it. Its wild when you compare the list of ingredients in this protein to any other protein out there - this has literally seven ingredients whereas every other protein has a 7 LINES of ingredients. Awesome product!

Most foul-tasting protein powder that I have ever had, I couldn't even swallow more than a sip. I would recommend getting Isopure protein or quest if you wanted a good protein powder or isolate product that mixes well and tastes great. I would only give this to someone that I hated.

Best tasting, best texture natural whey product I’ve tried lately. I even like it mixed in my plain Greek yogurt to make a fantastic high protein chocolate pudding!
