This item arrived safe and well packaged.Having a printed copy of a book is still my preference, so reading through this was enjoyable.The actual content was based around a very interesting view on life. It's very positive and aspirational. I'd love to take some of the ideas from here and translate them into my everyday life.I highly recommend this product.
