Este tipo de alimentos como el Nature's Garden Omega-3 Deluxe mezcla de nueces, son muy buenos pórque es comida nutritiva, sabrosa, y no require nada de preparación, o sea es comida "rápida".

I really liked to eat those as a snack , there is a good mix of nuts but definetely a lot of cranberries compared to the rest of the ingredients. I would still recommend it.
