Till it breaks! We have had it for a while, no problems, it works fine, the kids like it.

It's under 6 inches. It is NOT the 11" product that they show in the image. Bait and switch.

Q: Directions say to unplug after use. Do you actually need to do that? Is just switching to off good enough? Hard to imagine fully unplugging each time.

We leave ours plugged in. I think it is the seller trying to avoid any liability.
