Easy to replace and gave new life to my Wagner sprayer.
After sitting dormant in my garage for several seasons I broke out the Wagner to throw some paint on a a fence. At first I couldn't get any flow at all using prime or spray setting. I took the gun apart and discovered a gross/blocked filter. After I cleaned that I got something but would have taken me years to paint fence. Ordered the metal filter (and some outlet valve Amazon recommended) and wah-lah -- back in business! Apparently Im supposed to take both off and clean after using. Another hot option is to just really abuse and replace every 7 years.
