An absolute must buy for any Nintendo Switch owner. The D-Pad on this controller is superior to the Official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller which is vital for 2D games, especially fighting games. The full compatibility with a myriad of other devices such as Android and PC is also an enormous boon for the 8Bitdo SN30 Pro+ as well.When you consider the fact that you're getting all this functionality at a fraction of the price of the Pro Controller, there is absolutely no contest when it comes to a third-party seller providing gamers with top-tier quality that matches or even surpasses the official first-party product.All this at a phenomenal value to boot!!

Este control se siente sólido con materiales de calidad. La respuesta es inmediata y se conecta sin problema a varios dispositivos. Lo he usado con un emulador a través de una computadora mac y funciona muy bien. También como alternativa a los controles de la nintendo switch que para mí son demasiado pequeños.El control es cómodo y ergonómico. Recomendable.

This controller is rising a new bar in what third party companies can bring to the table as controller solutions, literally the universal remote to any console, especially when paired with a mayflash or 8bit adapter, the D pad is partically a D pad ripped straight outta a snes controller and slapped on a PlayStation controller resulting in the most comfortable and best peformaning controller I've ever paid for. You can even take out the rechargable battery pack and use your own AA batteries, so honestly the only thing missing is RGB, extended thumb pads and rear programmable buttons and touch pad support, who knows we may get those in the future.

I bought this controller after A LOT of research. I am a PC, Switch and Android gamer, and this controller is perfect for gaming on all those systems. This is a very versatile controller as you can change modes [Switch mode, X-input mode (Xbox), D-input mode (Android) or macOS mode] and make it work with any of those systems. It also comes with Turbo functionality, which can be quite crucial in some games which have tiresome tasks (I'm looking at you Animal Crossing). Apart from that, it also has Macros, which can be programmed to any of the buttons and can help you out in fighting games like Street Fighter.With regards to its shape, it resembles the classic SNES controller but with handles and the analog stick placement is akin to a Dualshock 4 controller (PS4), which is totally fine by me. The best thing is it has motion controls, so games like BoTW are no problem at all. The motion controls even work in Steam, although of course currently no PC games support it. I can confirm the motion controls work GREAT in emulators like CEMU. With regards to rumble (vibrations), this one has em and they're great but I would've loved if it had HD Rumble but that's okay.If you're worried about quality, then don't be. This is a rock solid controller, and must I say, much more durable than a DS4 itself. About the company, 8bitdo, I can say that they make great products, and this is not the only 8bitdo product I own. I also have their 8bitdo Bluetooth Adapter, which works great.I like how 8bitdo has provided us with three colors to choose from, the G Classic Edition (with Maroon Gameboy buttons), the SNES Edition (blue buttons) and the most recent full Black Edition. I went with the Gameboy Edition because I love the Maroon buttons and how they are all convex (unlike the SNES Edition, which has a mix of convex and concave buttons).Even though I've written such a big review, I still haven't talked about many of this controller's features. Might I suggest checking out a video review of this controller on YouTube by "It Came From A Box". I love this controller. The controller connects very easily and can be used with the Nintendo switch and my MacBook.Firstly, the controller is easy to set up and connect to the Nintendo switch. However, I do wish that the controller could connect by pressing the home button on sleep mode but this is not the case.Connecting to the MacBook is easy too with Bluetooth connectivity. The controller works well and I’ve had no issues so far.Ergonomically, the controller feels good in my hands and actually feels quite premium.The trigger buttons are very nice to press and the d-pad is good too.The battery life is good too, I’ve been using it for a few days and it’s still on 50%.The controller costs less than the official Nintendo switch pro controller but there is arguably less functions on the 8Bitdo.There is no Amiibo connectivity so you’ll have to use the original joycons for that.I would recommend this controller for all Nintendo Switch users wishing for a better handheld experience and it’s cheaper than the official pro controller.
