Unfortunately the quality of this product has decreased dramatically. It's now smaller and the beads don't keep the heat the way they used. I would not recommend it...

During my first few uses, I noticed a significant amount of discharge, which made me realize how clogged my tear ducts were. After using this mask consistently for about a month, I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement. I no longer deal with the burning sensation that used to come with my dry eyes, which has been a huge relief. One important tip: be very careful when heating it. It warms up quickly and retains heat well, so you don’t want to overheat it. I recommend heating it in short intervals (about 10 seconds at a time) to avoid it becoming too hot. This product has been very effective for me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with dry eyes or looking for an easy way to do warm compress therapy.

The eye compress retains heat well for 10 minutes. Very comfortable and temperature is just right for the eyes. Only thing is that because I have a smaller face, both eyepieces cannot sit perfectly well, slightly slides off on one side. It does work, and I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Hoping the blepharitis clears soon!
