It's only ok. It helps a little, but it's not very cushioned. It prevents mostly friction while I'm out exercising or running, but when I get home my bunion is still red. The adhesive is also not very good so the edges start peeling off shortly after I apply it. I will finish the rest of the pack but I will most likely not be repurchasing.

I was skeptical that they would work. I am amazed that this little gel pad works WONDERS!! I can comfortably wear my shoes again with no pain. AND they are long lasting too
