No, only active ingredient is capsaicin 0.025%. Inactive ingredients above.

Am I supposed to feel heat when I put it on my skin?

Recommend lidocaine for the burning sensation. Capsaicin is the oil in chilli peppers. Capsaicin cream is my go to for pain relief and nausea too but tight clothes and extra heat will make more heat so please get lidocaine too if chilli peppers are not something you can handle.
