What does it taste like? I can't swallow so would have to open them.

Since I'm able to swallow them, I'm not sure about the taste. I would recommend that you mix in something else, like juice or tea, or sprinkle on your food to disguise the taste. Definitely worth the effort as I've noticed an increase in my energy levels and my B12 levels test great now (and I'm only taking the Beef Liver pills, no B12 pills).
