厚み1インチは2.5センチ！すごく厚くて下の床を感じる事はないです。 ストレッチをするのにもマット要らず。 匂いは届いた日に半日ほど外の日陰で風を通してから設置したらほとんど気にならない程度でした。 ただ靴下だとすべるので靴または裸足で使うと良いと思います。

Very thick and very soft.
I purchased this product to place underneath a squat cage (for bar and plate drop safety) and for doing deadlifts and cleans in my garage. Short version, it's COMPLETELY THE WRONG PRODUCT FOR THIS. This is a low density, 1" thick foam mat, it's completely unsuitable for weight lifting. However, it still merits a 5 star rating. The foam really is very thick, it doesn't smell (like many other mats) and it's very easy to put together. It would make a fantastic yoga mat and would also be good for grappling, BJJ or dance. However, if you do decide to use it for weight lifting, the foam will become permanently damaged very quickly from the weights, particularly if you use anything heavier than a 20 lb dumbell or any configuration with a barbell.
