Mine started tearing at the bottom after 3 mths wear at home. Havaianas used to be super durable, not fragile like that. Anyone?

I have worn Havaianas for 10 years+. The past few years they have only lasted a year at best. My issue is that the thong piece between your toes breaks off the sole of the flip flop.

Description

OWN THE BEACH: The Havaianas Slim collection has all the stylish features of the Top collection, such as the block colour sole and strap, iconic Greek key strap pattern and an embossed Havaianas strap logo, but offers more feminine silhouette. The thinner straps and sole lead to a more elegant appearance that still retains the classic Havaianas comfort.
SLIM & STYLISH: The Havaianas Slim comes in a rainbow of colors to suit any style. Featuring a slim sole and straps, this feminine style keeps feet cool and comfortable from sun soaked days to breezy summer nights.
SOFT & STURDY: Havaianas are extremely comfortable yet sturdy due to the premium rubber that goes into making them. Our sandals are sure to retain their comfort and quality even after long daily usage.
ECO-FRIENDLY VALUES: We do not like waste. Sustainability and conservation are two big issues that we take seriously. Havaianas makes sure to use any leftovers from our signature sandals in the creation of our other sandals. In fact, most of our leftovers are reused to make other sandals and the remaining is used in other rubber industries.
CRAFTED IN BRAZIL: At Havaianas we include our 6 fundamental beliefs at the heart of everything we create; energy, design, style, comfort, value and universality. Bringing joy to your feet since 1962, all of our iconic flip flops are still made in Brazil to this day, and are worn and enjoyed by all.
