It’s a really great resource and will be used while I work in the clinic. However, some pages are missing and are out of order

This book was so helpful during my first weeks as an advance practice nurse. It was recommended to me by a fellow NP and it did not disappoint. A quick reference guide for treatment and proper documentation. I would recommend this book to experienced as well as new nurse practitioners. Five stars all the way.

Use this for FNP school, great resource

This is a spectacular resource, fits well in lab coat pocket, allows for streamlined studying use as well. Really helps put SOAP note development in perspective

NP student here and I have to say this saved me during clinicals. My presentations and notes wowed the Attendings. It also fits nicely into ones lab coat; highly recommended!
