My niece requested a scar kit as part of her cosmetic-heavy holiday wish list, and this set stood out as not only having everything she requested but also other useful materials and tools. I wanted to make sure to start her off with quality materials and everything she needed to have a great experience while experimenting with techniques. She was THRILLED when she opened the gift! I got this to supplement my kit. The tattoos are cheesy looking m. The scar wax is darker than I’d like but workable. I did like it comes with the stipple sponges those by them selves always disappear so it great to have extra to work with

Halloween is my favorite holiday! It was no surprise to my family when I got married on Halloween. I am very successful at creating unique home made costumes that often take the top prizes! I have always been afraid of make up, but not anymore. I don’t wear makeup normally so I am as novice as they get. If I can make realistic scars and cuts, then anyone can do it! For smaller scars I use the wax directly on the skin. If you are going to do larger pieces you may need to use “spirit gum” (you can get a 2 pack that includes the remover for roughly $6 on Amazon). When working with larger pieces it is easiest to get the rough shape using your fingers. To keep it from sticking to your fingers I suggest using Vaseline. You can also use it on your tools. I found sometimes it was easier to form and smooth it with my fingers and use the tool for carving and detailed work. After you get the wax in position you can use the tool to dab in the blood. The blood looks so very realistic. It has a glossy finish that makes it look so fresh and good. With that said it stays pretty wet so you may need to blot it. This kit comes with tons of tattoos that you can dr up, but I think it’s most realistic when you build up with the wax and then carve out your own wounds. It stays on well to the face and neck but due to its fragile nature I would use silicone if applying to my hands or arms. You can’t beat this kit for the price. Since it’s not Halloween yet, I’ve just been practicing and scaring my husband and family. It’s a win for me!

Had everything I needed to create my zombie look. Bruises and all.. also include a ton of scar and wound tattoos. My only complaint was that the blood was spilled in the package.

Magari la maggior parte di voi può aver utilizzato questo kit economico per realizzare trucchi di carnevale.In realtà utilizzato da mani esperte è un ottimo compromesso per risparmiare anche laddove in ambito cinematografico ci sia da realizzare ( messo in mano ad esperti del settore ) del trucco cinematografico.Personalmente lo abbiamo utilizzato nel nostro film ottenendo ottimi risultati.I vasetti nell'immagine sembrano più grandi di quello che sono in realtà, ma il prodotto rende parecchio. Consiglio di trattare la pelle con uno sgrassante prima di applicare la cera e di ammorbidirla, dappriprima, lavorandola con le mani.Il sangue finto ha un bel colore arterioso denso, lascia delle macchie di colorazione sulle pelli molto chiare se lo si lascia in posa per molto tempo, ma dopo due lavaggi sparisce completamente.
