This is one of the best natural iron supplements I've ever taken. The #1 reason for that proclamation is how gentle it is on the stomach - no constipation, gurgling, pain, or upset. That was always the determining factor of whether or not I would continue with an oral iron supplement. The absorption is awesome. It's taking a bit more time for my numbers to return to normal, but considering where my numbers were, any improvement is welcome! When I stopped taking them (for financial reasons), my numbers stopped improving too. My wife experienced an increase in iron deficiency in the past couple of years which led to fatigue and easily bruising (a recent house move proved that with carrying boxes). I purchased this to remedy and she’s experienced an increase in energy and overall feels much better. My concerns have quelled a bit and highly recommend this iron supplement.

Usually, iron supplements make my gut feel like there are rocks going through it. However, this iron supplement never does that. I never feel bad taking it and I always feel better and know , it’s working because I don’t feel like passing out once I stand up from the couch. Highly recommend!

This supplement worked like no other iron supplement before. For years I’ve been super tired and rarely go a day without napping. I’ve tried other iron supplements that have brought up my iron levels to the “normal” range but I haven’t felt any difference physically. Any most supplements never work for me. But THIS! THIS one was a small miracle because after a week I felt great. I felt motivated and productive and didn’t need to nap. It was a big change. But ultimately I had to stop taking them. They upset my stomach and made me hugely bloated. I finally realized it was because of the added fiber. The discomfort outweighed the benefit. I will be looking for something similar without the fiber.

I love this supplement and I will continue using it for good healthy hair and skin. I like this iron supplement in particular because the ingredients are superb, it includes acerola cherry extract, and it only required one easy to swallow pill. Great quality!!
