Aquarium Stone- Tiger Stripe Cave Kit- For Sale is a 20+ lb box of Tiger Stripe Quartzite Aquarium Stone. This is a totally Natural Stone quarried in the mountains of eastern Nevada.
You will receive a Flat Rate Postal Service Box (11" X 8.5" X 5.5") filled to the top with a mixture of stone very similar to the one pictured. Each stone has been washed with hot water, and no chemicals have been used. The plants in the Picture are NOT included.
Since I send these in the Medium Flat Rate boxes from the USPS, I am limited to about 10" in length. Generally, each box has a good variety of sizes ranging from about 1" x 2"(I use the small ones to fill any gaps while packing the boxes) up to about 5-6" x 8-10". Thickness ranges from about 1/4" up to 1.5" thick.
You can use your imagination to build many types of caves, ledges, slopes, or stacks in your aquarium. This Stone can be used in a water filled aquarium or dry reptile cage. It can be used to build overhangs and hiding spots for snakes, lizards, scorpions and tarantulas. The Design is up to you.
