These Black Seed Oil 120 Double Strength Capsules have been very good for us. Both my husband and I are already on our 4th bottle, which shows how satisfied we are with this product. Personally, I noticed that I had eczema between my fingers, and after consistent use for around 1–2 months, it gradually disappeared. I cannot say it will work the same for everyone, as results may vary depending on the individual, but this is my personal experience. I also noticed that my hair growth seems faster and my hair feels healthier overall. So far so good. I have been taking these for around 3 months and I have not had any illness. I feel that it is boosting my immune system as I've been in situations where I was having lack of sleep, in rooms full of "infected" people yet my immune system has remained strong. I did a blood test health check and my vitals were very strong in general. Some people have complained about the smell, but they just smell like the black seed oil... The size of the capsules are quite big, so if you struggle with this, I would recommend a liquid solution instead. You could probably burst the capsule but the taste wouldn't be great. That being said, I find it easy to swallow, it doesn't float to the top of your mouth with water which is a good thing. I take 1-2 a day and while the benefits are more passive rather than being able to tell, I think they are working as mentioned above, I have not been ill since on these.

This supplement is a real boost for my well being since taking it.it makes me feel a lot more active than before.
