Can this be used with Water soluble oil paint?

Yes, water mixable oil paint is still oil paint. They can use all the same solvents. The main difference is water mixable oil paint cleans up with soap and water.

Can this be used with acrylic paints also?

No it’s not made for Acrylics, just use water to thin out your paints.

I know you can use it with water soluble oil paint but can you still use water to thin paint with this medium?

In my experience I only use either that gel or a water soluble medium and never water as a thinner. Water soluble oils clean up with water and soap but water isn’t a good medium at all.

Can this be used to smooth and blend colored pencil art like Gamsol can?

Une pépite.

Une merveille, c'est devenu mon medium préféré. Accélère vraiment le temps de séchage des peintures à l'huile, passant d'une semaine à 24-48h ( tout dépend du pigment, bien sur, les blancs de titane resteront toujours plus lents à 'sécher' que les terres ). Pas d'odeur du tout.
