Is this good for dry, mature skin?

It is just called Airbrush Away Primer. If it is not on Amazon look it up at Target.

Can you use this alone and not use foundation over it?

Use a light moistening face lotion first. Then apply Airbrush Away - I use as the foundation! Love it.

On a scale of 1-10 (1=none; 10=full coverage), how much pigment would you say is in this?

I don’t have it, now, but it was too dark for me. Maybe 7 or 8. I use light shades.
