Good knife
In my lifetime I've owned two Buck 110s. One I bought when I was 14 for $35. Then the next for $40 when i lost the first. Well, now them sumbiches are $80. Ridiculous. This knife doesn't have the same feel as a buck, but it feels good in it's own right, is sharp, and works great at a price that can't be beat so it's good enough for me. I'm a farmer and I use it mostly for cutting baling twine, opening deliveries, harvesting fruit and just about anything else you need a knife for.

Classic design that works for less $
Good knife for the money. Feels and looks just like the knife it was designed after, good ergos, sharp right out of the box. Strong lockup. It you don't have the $ to spend on a 110, this version is a nice option for much less money.

O.K., but not great
Similar to a Buck 110, but skinnier. Doesn't open or close as smoothly as the Buck, and the build quality in general is not as good (small crack in wood, liner gap). It's sharp, though. As half-priced alternative to the Buck, it's decent enough. A lot of extra room in the belt sheath, which seems to have been designed for the old, thicker USA-made LB7 and never changed. A Buck 110 is a perfect fit for this sheath, go figure.

Won't disappoint
Bought 2 of these and gave one to my nephew for his 1rst pocket knife and he liked it. I like it cause its like my 1rst knife that had the same style locking mechanism and schrade are good quality knives. I've lost a few but never broke one and I'm hard in knives

Not your fathers LB7
Not your fathers LB7. If you're expecting this to match the Schrade LB7 from years ago you'll be disappointed, this is a much lighter, less heavy duty knife. I still have a Schrade Lb7 I bought 40 years ago and thought I'd get another one at a good price. Compared to my original this one is 4mm thinner, the blade is 0.4mm thinner and 1mm narrower. That may not sound like much but it's very noticeable. The reason people say it rattles around in the sheath is because the sheath was made for the original, which fits fine. The new one opens smoothly and is fine on fit/finish, and some may prefer it being lighter and thinner for pocket carry.

Well worth the money!
This is well worth the money! Sharp straight out of the box, no visible flaws or chips on the edge, locks tight, folds easily. I read all the reviews prior to purchasing so I wasn’t sure what I was going to get, but I don’t see any of the issues with the knife itself that people are reporting. The action is smooth, no sticking or grinding, and it locks solid, but not too solid so you can’t close it again. Everything lines up, no gaps, no finish quality issues. Weight is great, feels good in the hand, but not too heavy that it will pull down in the pocket of my shorts. The sheath is not tight, that’s the one thing I agree with from the other reviews, but that was an easy fix with a strip of leather folded over and stuck inside (doesn’t have to be leather, just what I had to hand that was thick enough). Add a couple of coats of mink oil and the sheath is now perfect! For a knife, with a sheath, that was under $35 with tax, compared to the $90+ 110 that it’s a copy of, I’m more than happy. This knife will be put through some rough work, and if I lose it or break it, I wont feel as bad as I would if I’d spent almost $100 on it.

Nice Knife for the Price
My knives are not, generally, put to very rugged use so I cannot speak to that aspect but, overall, as a substitute for a real Buck at 2x+ the price, I am very satisfied with this knife. It seems pretty hefty to me and all of the joint tolerances on this particular knife are tight. I did read a lot of the reviews prior to pulling the trigger on buying. To address some of the comments: 1) One will never be able to open this knife with one hand. However, with the exception of some friction when depressing the unlock, the action is smooth 2) I put a VERY small drop of WD40 at the unlock button and on the blade axle where it rotates. Added a VERY small amount of lithium grease at the blade lock point (where is raises to release the blade) in an attempt to reduce the friction when unlocking. 3) The knife does rattle around in the sheath. Added some felt which solved the problem and will also keep the back of the snap from scratching the knife. Used a very small amount of shoe goo for the felt glue as it remains flexible and will not soak thru the felt when glued. 4) The sheath is very stiff and the leather is cheap "bonded" at the best (not top or full grain) but some mink oil or sno seal melted in with a hair dryer should keep it adequately nice. Overall, I am happy with the $28 purchase and recommend the knife for those who don't want to spend the $65 for a Buck 110 and there's no apparent reason why this knife should not last a long time with reasonable use and care. I will update the review should any issues appear down the road.

LB7 ? Buck110 ?....LB7 !!!
