Lackluster taste
Taste was lackluster for a rooibos or black tea Chai. It was not the fact that I prefer spicy Chai. I like mine mellow. It did not even have a taste of cinnamon. I was also disappointed that a company listed as climate friendly was using plastic bags for the tea.
