Pinaud Lime Sec Eau de Cologne, Refreshing Citrus Scent, 12.5 Fl Oz

Reasonably priced lime cologne and aftershave. Not the strongest scent, but refreshing. My second purchase of this product.

It smells like lime Jolly Rancher and pine sol straight out of the bottle. Trick is if you decant it into a glass bottle, and let it sit sealed in that glass bottle a few days it will smell much better. This is great to splash on those old pine tree car air freshener to help deodorize a truck cab. If you shave with an electric razor this will work better than the green Lectric Shave as a skin bracer this is what I do with it. Also It will work or on a cut/scrape when you are out of Seabreeze or if you are a fellow Gen X person who appreciates that burn that tells you it's really working. This is nostalgic masculine, and I recommend trying it out. Haven't had a lady complain about the way it smells its excellent cologne for over the summer months. Give it a try and write a review.

Let me preface this by stating I got introduced to Clubman Pinaud due to my Barber and have been using the classic aftershave for a while. I decided to try some of their colognes, the lime sec and citrus musk due to the fact that it is summer almost year round here in the 956, and a man simply can't go around with heavier fall or winter scents all the time. I love Lime sec. It has a strong lime rind scent to it, not in a fruity or sweet way. It is a masculine scent yet light; something to sport when hitting the golf links, enjoying some afternoon beers with the boys while catching a baseball game, or laying next to the Mrs' on a warm summer evening. The lime scent starts of potent but quickly fades. And that is my pickle with this cologne. It fades and remains in a very subtle way, where someone would need to lean in or stand next to you shoulder to shoulder in order to be able to faintly smell it. The lime scent last no longer than 20 minutes and is followed by a vintage and recognizeable subtle scent which Clubman is known for. I love the product, the price, and quantity you get, but the scent does not last long at all. And yes, I'm the type of guy that likes to walk into a room of people and let my presence be known by either my appearance or scent. And this cologne has a great clean scent to it but man I wish they could make it a bit stronger and last longer!

The lime sec is not my favorite of the Clubman line, but it is a fine scent. I know Clubman is sort of barber shop low brow style, but they work for me.

Weak. If you just want a light scent that diminishes quickly - ok this is good. It doesn't burn the skin much. I guess I could see it as refreshing after a sweaty face and neck experience. Pretty generic man scent it gives off.

Frankly, I don't waste my time writing negative Reviews...unless I'm really really dissatisfied with the product. This is one of those times and so here it is short-n-sweet. Waste of money on every level: Plastic container looks cheap. Plastic label is barely attached to the plastic container and makes it look cheaper. Green liquid product in the container is so weak and short-lasting, it ought to be sent along "Free" when you purchase some other product they make. I can't for the life of me figure out how some of the Reviews for this product were positive. My strong suggestion: Pass up this product, it's not worth your time or money. Actually, I would return it but I don't want to invest the time or energy. I'll simply toss-it and figure that after all these years of purchasing on-line from amazon, I made a bad decision and I'll live with it...but take it from me and avoid this. 11/2/17: OK, to be Fair w/this company. Although I didn't really like/appreciate the Lime, I am a fan of and have written highly of this other product they produce: Clubman Pinaud After Shave Lotion, 6 Ounce. You might want to give it a try.

Klassisch-frischer, zitrischer Duft von Pinaud. Die Plastikflaschen von Pinaud Clubman sind dabei sicherlich recht gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I love this stuff. It's got a good, clean lime scent. It's just a shame it doesn't last a little longer. I keep a small bottle at work to freshen up in the afternoons.
