had a problem with the product and hasn't been resolved yet.
Opend this up when received and the nose had a ding in it. Have a trip this weekend and can't use the product because the issue has not been resolved yet so no kneeboarding this weekend maybe I will just return product and go get one from the store. Will change the stars when issue is resolved.

It came out of the box dented and cracked on the edge. The box was unharmed.
The box was not damaged, but the board is damaged. It had to have been this way before it was shipped.

Looks great
The product looks great The only problem I see is that doesn’t have a rope holder. I wanted to get my little nieces and nephews to learn how to use the board, but without the hook make it harder for them. Also harder for beginners to use it
