Helped me transition. It went from a reset, now I’m 2 months and counting 😃
This book is amazing! I am a professional chef and have tried all kinds of diets throughout my adult life. Over the last several years I always wanted to end up being vegan but it’s very difficult working in a kitchen where that is not the focused cuisine. Anywho... fast forward to Covid, I found myself without a job, stressed out and cooking all kinds of crap. The pounds started to add up even more. Well I decided to do a reset. I had done, smoothies, juicing, whole30, all of that and just eliminated eggs from my diet so I figured why not try vegan for a few weeks. I came across this book and it was love at first sight! 3 weeks ✔️ Meal plan✔️ Shopping list✔️✔️✔️ I was sold. I received the book. Placed my first weeks order on Fresh and was ready to go. Week one was great. Week two, sugar cravings started to subside, week three was smooth sailing. And I’m happy to say, two months later I’m still in it with no plans on going back. This book truly changed my life. There’s still things I’m working on like carb intake but if you are lookin to transition thus book is great! Easy to follow and delicious recipes.

It is ok
The book is ok, has good info, but it is a pity that the recipes are not illustrated with a photo.

Perfect Book for Beginners
I just completed the third week of my new plant-based eating plan, thanks to this book!It was just what I needed and had been seeking for quite some time. It has great recipes, and I findthe weekly menus so helpful in meal planning. The shopping lists help with menu planning, too. I found the meals to be satiating and I was not hungry between meals. My only regret is not starting a plant-based diet many years ago.I feel more clear-headed and generally calmer and happier. An added bonus was I lost six pounds in three weeks!
