I am a big fan of the ingredients for this brand. Having said that, this Cookies n Cream flavor is the super artificial type so just be careful. It's not like that oreo's or Hershey's cookies n cream profile.. it just tastes like a weird artificial flavor that was added to some sort of vanilla base. Gave it 4 stars for the ingredients, but the taste is probably a 2.5-3 star. I would recommend using it as a base for cooking or yogurt and adding some sort of fruit or something in it, but definitely not just taking as a straight protein shake.

I love this protein, NO weird after taste, I use it in protein muffins and for smoothies. The jug is huge it’s a lot of bang for the buck 👍👍 up! It is priced a little higher than some but for the amino acids and the flavour worth every penny imo!

…and the banana flavor is AMAZING! Where have you been all my life?! Well, at least for the last two years of searching for the right protein this is now my favorite on the stats and flavor. This is my new go-to. Thank you, Dan Go, for the recommendation.

I love this protein shake it is easy going down. This isolate whey protein is like night and day compared to concentrate whey protein. Isolate is the way to go. Easy cleanup as well. very tasty. I will be buying again.KAL 🇺🇸

I love this protein powder. I use it in my smoothie each morning. It does not have a chalky taste at all. The smell when you open the container is heavenly. It adds a creamy, rich consistency to smoothies. I have not used it any other way but I'm sure would be excellent however you use it. I will continue to buy this product.
