This stuff is holy grail status! I purchased this out of sheer desperation from experiencing never ending flare ups of perioral dermatitis. I took a chance on it based on quite a few reviews stating the product helped others with this condition. No joke, it’s working! Like the next day it already looked better. Now I’m using it on my whole face to address pesky blackheads. I’m seeing some purging in my t-zone which is a necessary evil to get perfectly clear skin, so needless to say I’m fully committed to the process, lol. I literally just purchased a second tube right after receiving my first out of fear I won’t be able to get it again (I’ve never seen it anywhere in Canada and other websites hat will ship it here sell it for a much higher price). An absolutely amazing product! 🙌

I have only been using for 3 days and whoa what a difference! I have very bad perioral dermitis and acne as you can see in the first photo. I cannot tolerate the oral antibiotics prescribed for it as it makes me vomit and the topical antibiotics so nothing for it. I read some blogs from other people with my condition that recommended this product. It has calmed my bumps, irritation and redness in only 3 days of use. Burned with my first application because i had some open spots so I don't recommend using on open skin.

This product truly came to my rescue. I have been dealing with perioral dermatitis for the first time in my life for the last 2 months. What started as a little red patch by my mouth turned into 3 bumpy red rashes, one of which was cracking and causing pain whenever I opened my mouth as recently as 8 days ago. I could notice an improvement after ONE use of this lotion, and after less than a week my skin is almost completely healed. I will add that I also eliminated SLS and fluoride from my toothpaste and switched to a gentle oil based skin care line (livecrude) but NOTHING has been as obviously helpful as this lotion. I am telling everyone I know about it. It has a super light citrusy scent and sort of itches/burns sliiiightly when applied, but it passes quickly and I wouldn’t say it is painful in the least. I’d give this a million stars if I could.UPDATE: 4 months later I am still obsessed with this product. My perioral dermatitis never came back and it it also helps acne heal remarkably fast. I put it on any skin imperfection and within a couple days it’ll be completely healed and smooth. I don’t know why more people don’t know about this product!

I'm a man in my mid-50s and I stared to get the obnoxiously named "wisdom bumps", which are oil glands that show through thinning skin. My dermatologist prescribed this treatment for my facial blemishes that to me were acne ( he says, it's rosetia). Idk, First 3 months I used this with 100 mg doxycycline prescribed daily to help clear up inflammation. I do use nutragena salicilic 2% acne face wash before using this product. I use product for morning and night application after facial wash ( every 12 hours ). After the three month mark, I noticed a difference. However, I can say really notable difference after the six month mark. People say to me all the time ," I couldnt tell you ever had acne?" I had some brown areas that were scarring from years of acne ( I'm 43 ) and new red pimple blemishes before using the product. 3 months in, pretty good. Stopped doxycycline after the 3 months and continued cream and face wash routine. Now 6 months later, there's a very notable difference. No more ance, or faded brown spots . Definitely go see your dermatologist first and start out right to see if you need extra prevention like abx.. There after I found product online for same price and will continue to use. 1.7 ounces is expensive but it lasts about 3 months. You can use moisturizer and or makeup over this product no problems.
