How comfortable is the headset?

The headset is fairly comfortable and light weight. I wore it for an hour yesterday and the only problem I had was on the left by my ear started hurting a little. I do have SPD and MS, so I am very sensitive to pain. I will probably just put a little padding on it. Otherwise, no problems.
