You may need to apply a bit of oil to the locking mechanism of the water cup. Before purchasing this, my birds would occasionally poop in the water feeder, requiring me to be vigilant and change the water frequently. However, I no longer have this issue with the new feeder.

good quality well made keeps the feed from going all over yes its in the cage easy to install the bird loves it holds plenty of seed very little waste it could be a little bit bigger for one bird its great though going to purchase another for water to test it out as the standard type I have outside the cage leaks if you dnt get it right on the hole I love it more importantly Banjo loves it

Meine Kanaries trinken/baden daraus. Gut ist das, falls das Gefäß unter Stangen im Käfig/Voliere montiert ist- kein Kot im Wasser oder dem Futter landet. Die Bestellung und der Versand durch Petmate in den US war billiger als Anbíeter in DE. Diese senden auch nicht per Prime nach AT. Daumen hoch an Petmate
