Great USB 3.0 cable for adding to your existing case's front panel
I used this cable to add USB 3.0 to my existing case's front panel. The case is an OEM HP computer that did not have USB 3.0 in the front and I wanted USB 3.0 out the front for connecting to an Oculus Quest VR headset that requires USB 3.0.The cable is .5m in length and long enough to reach a standard ATX motherboard from the front panel. It coils up nicely for any extra length inside your case. The construction is very good and the cable has a good thickness to it.Since I was retrofitting this into an OEM case, I had to reshape the blue shell at the dual USB end. I was expecting this and it ended up fitting perfectly.Super fast shipping and a quality product!

Poor Quality Control - Damaged Header
At first I thought this was the answer to a problem I had with a mini-itx case. It fit perfectly where the front audio/USB 2.0 ports were. Just had to add two small washers and bam, front USB 3.0! Unfortunately I did not take a look at the part of the cable that connects to the USB 3.0 header. They had left some plastic covering one of the sockets and it destroyed the header when I plugged it in. Thankfully this was a spare board and USB 3.0 isn't a critical issue, but now that board will need a PCI-E board with socket to use front USB 3.0 ports. Imagine if this was my primary computer?!

Good cable at a good price.
Used these to revive a front panel that the USB hub died in. It took a fair amount of work to do but I now have USB 3.0 instead of USB 2.0 and the same number of connectors. ( used two cables) Great way to add USB 3.0 if you need more connectors or don't have any. Only knock is screws don't come with them and they don't tell you what kind of screw fits. Cable length seems OK.
