What do I attach the camera to the bracket with? There are only three screws provided for attaching the bracket to the wall.

There is a bolt on the bottom of the camera, slide it through the hole in the bracket and put a nut on it , the bracket only needs 3 screws.

Can this be mounted on the ceiling of a porch cover rather than on a wall?

i think your better with the round flush to the ceiling ones for that
