Doesn't work
Didn't help my issue but totally possible this product just isn't working for me personally.

Control your Seborrheic Dermatitis with this
I have bad SD and have been using this shampoo for about 6 years. This is the only shampoo that continues to work for me. In the past I have tried every different ingredient to help with SD and this is the only one that will consistently preform. The key is to preform consistent routines and use it exactly the same every time. My routine as follows:1. Quickly wash hair with dawn dish soap (use a decent amount and get a good quick lather). Wash no more than 10 seconds with this. I am aware that this feels counter to what you may know about SD - but it’s been working for me. The key is quickly use- don’t let the bad stuff in the soap get to your scalp long enough to bond to feed all those little crazy yeasty beasts... a. This step is important for two reasons: i. Sebclair is not great at cleaning the everyday oil and grime from your hair (that’s is NOT why you buy this shampoo- this is for controlling symptoms of SD.) ii. Saves you money on using this expensive shampoo in excess.2. Rinse throughly.3. Use nickel size of Sebclair and lather into hair, behind ears, sides of nose - all SD prone area. Scrub it in really good into scalp and let it sit for 5 min minimum before rinsing. This bit is what really makes this stuff work.4. Don’t go more than 2 days without a wash. I find that consistency is key with SD. If you keep up the routine. It keeps your scalp on your scalp.SD is a nasty annoying (not mention embarrassing) disease. This stuff is a Godsend. Super happy I don’t have to order it from the U.K. anymore... Hope this helps someone! Lord knows I could have used this advice during the 5 years I spent trying everything (coal tar, steroids, to every dandruff shampoo under the sun, ketokonezole - this one worked for 6 months before becoming completely useless, apple cider vinegar, soaking head with every type of oil I could think of).

Good shampoo, small bottle
I think this product does a good job for seborrheic dermatitis. The only thing is that the bottle is small, and I have incredibly thick hair. I like that this product does not have sulfates but I have to use a lot of the bottle in every wash. I think I will probably look for other products if I need another scalp shampoo.

Only thing that has ever worked
It’s expensive but I deal with it due to the efficacy of the product. I’ve spent so much money on other products that do nothing. This is super pricey, but actually works.

Active ingredient is the key to healthier scalp.
I have tried many shampoos for my scalp issues (seb.derm. and folliculitis), but not until this shampoo did I get relief. I do have to use this shampoo at least once a week to continue being breakout free, but it is the best treatment I have found.

El shampoo agravĂł el padecimiento. No sirve. Quiero devoluciĂłn de m dinero:
Para una dermatitis seborreica.. La cual en vez de curarse las leciones ahora tengo en todo el cuero cabelludo, con lesiones purulentas.n

Ridiculous size
OK, I should have converted 100 ML to ounces before ordering. This little bottle, which contains 3.38 ounces (less than half a cup), may work perfectly, but I returned it the moment I opened the box and saw the size.

Awful product
I’m throwing this product in the garbage. My scalp has never been so flaky. If I thought I would get anywhere I would sue the company. I would also give this is your review if I could.

Great so far 👍🏾
I don’t normally write reviews but i thought it was important to do one for this product.I’ve struggled with something called contact dermatitis, it’s not been easy as my scalp would get itchy and sore. Ive been unable to leave braids in my hair for even a few days due to my scalp. I’ve purchased and used other products, but I don't think anything has worked as well as this so far.I used it today for the first time and my scalp feels wonderful.Due to the small bottle I sectioned my hair in three, used another shampoo on each section first(so that I wouldn’t have to use too much of the product and waste it). I then lathered each section once with this product, left it there for about 5 minutes and then rinsed it out. It did leave my hair quite dry but I find that is the norm with shampoos relating to dermatitis.I conditioned my hair after and left that on for my usual time before rinsing it out(I think it’s really important to have a good conditioner to put good nutrients back into your hair ). I then carried on with my normal routine after. It’s my first time using this but I have seen a significant difference in my scalp already. I pray it continues and only gets better and praying that the problem will completely go.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something to help.Hope this helps someone that needs it

Seems Good So Far
I have had bad dandruff for a while.I have tried several shampoos and nothing seemed to help. I also have a sensitive scalp so a lot of shampoos are quite irritating. I have used the shampoo a few times and it seems to be working. The product is quite expensive and it also a small bottle however you only need a small amount. The shampoo is fragrance free so I wash my scalp with this and use a fragrance shampoo for the ends.

This actually works
This is the only shampoo I’ve used that doesn’t make my scalp react and has actually cleared my horrendous seborrheic dermatitis completely after 3 months use.

Worked for a bit but then stopped
My boyfriend used to use Head and Shoulders Clinical Solutions shampoo (small white bottle) but they discontinued it about 2 years ago now and couldn't find it ANYWHERE. I bought a few different shampoos from Amazon and this one worked great for a while but then just didn't work anymore. He now uses Vichy Derma shampoo which works great.(Side note, Head and Shoulders released a clinical range this year but it isn't strong enough like the old stuff and doesn't work).
