How much water or other liquid should you need to add it to in order to take the "5 to 15" drop dose? Or does it not matter?

I would not add any water to it at all. Here are the directions from the manufacturers. Shake well before opening. Take 5-15 drops three times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

It is a highly recommended item. It helps circulate your blood and I won't use anything else. I love hot flavor. If you can't handle tasting this hot droplets of herbs, it is definitely not for you. I always drink a little water right after I take 15 drops.

Good remedy for any impurities of the blood, just a few drops a day

Dr Chrisophers formulas are excellent This really helped a friend who had infectionthat was getting to his blood, with fever and sweats..I take it too at different times,and all it needs is like 5 drops a day. I trust this companies products-- be sure to get them directfrom the manufacturer, Life Balm seller doee and they are fresh and good price.
