I’m almost 37 and I’ve been suffering from night sweats and hot flashes for a few months now.. I was a smoker/vaper for over 20 years and recently quit… my night sweats got worse.. so bad that I was soaking through two sets of pjs a night and my sheets and bedding!! Nothing was working.. I was skeptical. I started these 16 days ago, just at bedtime. For the past week i started taking them twice a day, before bed and with breakfast, because the morning and evening hot flashes and night sweats were SO frequent.For the last 3 days there has finally been a significant improvement in the number of hot flashes and night sweats. SIGNIFICANTLY FEWER!! Like down to just 1 or 2 in the morning or evening and maybe 1 or 2 when sleeping. So much better.

I'm 37 & have been dealing with pretty severe night sweats for over a year now. I tried this by taking two capsules at night before bed & it has completely stopped the night sweats. Unfortunately, I've had to stop taking it because it seems it was causing me migraines. I haven't seen any other reviews that have experienced the same thing, so I'm assuming that's just a reaction the I've had.
