I love these rice noodles! They are great in coconut soups, stir fries and curries, and easy in digestion. I highly recommend them for any dishes, anything that you would normally use regular pasta for!

The noodles were a bit gummy, and I may have not cooked them properly, but was alright.

I was taught by a Chinese restaurant chef to soak any rice noodles and vermicelli in cold water for twenty minutes and then boiled it till it was soft or put it in the hot broth right before serving. Great for any type of chicken soup and kids love it a lot.

I got these noodle for ramen. They are delicious and have the perfect texture. I will definitely buy again and recommend.
