Fabulous FrannieEssential Oil Beginner Starter Set 1410ml - 100 Pure Therapeutic Grade - Great for Aromatherapy

I have been researching essential oils online line for several months before making the decision to purchase the Fabulous Frannie Beginner set. I heard a lot of talk from several people about doTerra and Young Living so decided to check them out first. It turns out these are Multi-Level Marketing organizations which require you to pay a Member ship fee and then you could get 30% off as you order. The main reason I will not buy essential oils from any of the MLM companies is because they lead their customers to believe that when they say their product is "Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade", that means something of value in the essential oil and aromatherapy world. There were three shocking things that I learned to lead me to steer clear of these.The first thing that I learned is that there is no governing body that certifies essential oils.The second shocking thing that I learned is that there are no grades of essential oils based upon their quality. There is no grade A, B, C, nor is there an actual classification in the aromatherapy world for "therapeutic grade". And thirdly (and this was most shocking because I really felt like I had been had) is that the words that these companies use such as "Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade", are TRADEMARKED PHRASES by their corresponding essential oil company. This means that the reason each of these companies claims that "no other company can say....", it's because their company has trademarked the words.I still have some investigating to do because of how many companies are now producing essential oils, but as I was just beginning I decided to give this brand a try and I have not been disappointed. The fragrance from the oils is so strong you can actually smell it before you even open the box and the quality is just as good (or better) than the higher priced oils. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to start on the venture of making homemade products, including those for health reasons, and you will not be disappointed and the price can't be beat.

This is a really great starter set for anyone who is interested in essential oils. I have now used most of the oils included in this set and have found them to be great quality. I feel better about using pure and natural oils on myself and my family rather than medications that contain ingredients I can't identify without having a medical or pharmacy degree.This set contains 14 bottles of oils, all at the 10mL sizes. I seriously love these oils!! They truly exceeded my expectations and I really, really love the fact that they are reasonably priced. This set came on time, neat with absolutely no packaging problems at all. Everything was sealed properly with not 1 broken bottle. I didn't smell a thing when when I opened the package, which I was hoping I wouldn't, don't need those tiny powerful molecules going wasted!! ;) Lol!! I will admit I had no clue what I was starting when I decided to give oils a try for the first time, and to my surprise, these Fabulous Frannie Essential Oils have already changed my life. I have heard about other big name EO companies with their own farms etc....but Fabulous Frannie's EOs are just as amazing as that brand but definitely a lot easier on the budget. My sister in law bought the other brand and I tried some of her oils and I couldn't tell the difference in the ones we had in common. Having said that, this other brand has good quality yes, but their prices are too high for me. I love Fabulous Frannie and cannot wait to order more essential oils. Let me start by saying I have no reason to dispute the quality of the oils, as the fragrance in my diffuser is wonderful. The price compared to other brands is fantastic. The only gripe I would have, and it is minor, is perhaps with the quality control of their packaging. The package smelled of peppermint before I even opened the mail packaging. I checked the lids, which could have been tighter, but none were super loose. There was, however, no obvious sign of leaking oil. What was obvious, and hence the reason for only 4 stars, was the visible difference in volumes between bottles. I have included photos of the two extremes. The bottle on the right is filled to the base of the lid, whereas the bottle on the left is filled to just below the sticker level. Two of my bottles weighed only 35 grams, while another two weighed 40 grams. The rest were in between. That may not seem like much, but it translates to about 0.169 fluid ounces, which is exactly 100 drops of oil. I am not sure what the bottles are supposed to weigh. So, did I get more or less than I am supposed to have? Either case, I consider that lax quality control. With that being said, I would buy this product again simply because their prices are hard to beat for 100% essential oils.

This was my first ever essential oil purchase. I have been back and forth with big name brands but I couldn't pull the trigger due to cost and being harassed by sales people. I am SO glad I read the reviews on Fabulous Frannie and chose this starter pack because I am completely satisfied.The selection of oils is perfect for anyone who is getting started with a diffuser for the first time, or looking to make their own cleaning products. With this starter pack I have been able to eliminate all store bought chemical cleaners by making my own, I run my diffuser twice a day, I've made bath bombs and soaps, and still have a ton of oil left in each bottle. As I'm writing this review, it's been nearly 3 weeks since my oils arrived.For the price, I am completely satisfied. I also really appreciated all the info sheets that came with my purchase explaining the various oils and their uses, that is very helpful to someone like me who is only a beginner. I will certainly be buying more oils from FF in the future!
