Terrible !
This product is not for cars it's good for thin sheet metal.Gap in between the base and the top is way too small to work with the cars sheet metal thickness.It's not a soft plastic/rubber it's hard and it's not flexible.

A good selection of sizes -- great for filling holes in automotive sheet metal. Only intended for a single thickness of sheet metal. Product shipped and delivered on time.

If you are looking for Rubber grommets, these are not those
Shipping times were relatively OK, over 2 weeks for a cross-border shipment but to be expected with the current N-A shipping situation. Be aware that these plugs are hard plastic (not rubber grommets), so if you need some flex for your installation they won't provide it (Material type was not contained within product description at the time of this writing)
