They’re easy to swallow. Have no harsh smell. Gives you energy and great price. I’ve been on this brand ever since I had my surgery in 2022 and when they were out I tried another brand and you could definitely tell the difference.

I have been taking this medication for over two years now and it has been a great supplement for me. It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. It doesn’t smell funny. It’s one of the better priced products when it comes to bariatric vitamins. I’ll probably stick with this brand for quite some time.

The best bariatric multivitamin, and it doesn't make you nauseous.

FANTASTIC for gastric bypass patients. It's so nice to not have to take a million seperate vitamins and filling up on the water that so many vitamins requires. It's nice to know that with just ONE capsule a day, i'm covered. Awesome product.

When I had the gastric sleeve, I couldn’t stand the thought of taking a pill every day for the rest of my life, so I had to make it count. I stumbled upon these, and let me say, I will always take them. I tried patches and other vitamins and I I thought I was fine. I got Covid and nearly all of my hair fell out. It was the perfect storm of surgery and Covid. I decided I had to take a multivitamin and try to salvage my hair. I found these and gave them a try. Within a few months my hair was fuller and I felt so much better. My blood work was improving and I started having to take less extra iron, B12, and D. Now, I have this auto shipped so I never run out. It’s a little larger pill, but slides down easily. I do notice that it makes me slightly nauseous if I dont chase it with a little something like a cracker. It only lasts for a few minutes even without a cracker. I’d take that feeling over losing my hair and improved bloodwork any day.

These are a great value with good nutrient levels, but I'm removing a star for the peppermint ScentCerts that is included. They're meant to mask the vitamin taste/smell, but the peppermint is SO overpowering that I could taste it, and continued to taste it after the fact. I like the smell of peppermint, but this was too much! I tried removing all the vitamins to a separate container to "air out" but it didn't really help.

I am loss for words when it comes to these vitamins. For about four years, I have been trying to find a bariatric vitamin that helps to keep my numbers and labs in a normal range. I am very pleased to say that I have finally found them. For the first time, I went in for a follow-up, and my surgeon was very impressed by how well my labs have improved. These vitamins have become my one and only vitamin, there is no taste, no upset stomach, or side effects. I felt a difference in how my health was improving in less than two weeks. The quality of these multivitamins is outstanding in my opinion. I recommend them if you are looking for a bariatric multivitamin that does not have to be taken multiple times a day. I love that it only has to be taken once a day, making it much more convenient. I Love These!
