Great Product (pink steamer)
This is a solid product. Built well. Works well. I'm glad my best friend suggested it to me.

Excellent and fast
I really liked that the steam is ready in like a minute, the stand is very helpful and the design makes it easy to store away in a full closet. I love that I can steam a large load without having to stop to refill the water. The only things I don't love is that the head does get very hot so I have to wear special gloves to steam for extended periods of time. Also, the hose gets hot so be careful with your legs. Most of the time the head sits safely on the stand but you gotta get it in the correct position or it will move and could potentially fall off of it and burn you. That hasn't happened to me but just make sure the head is safely placed on its back and it doesn't move on its own when you sit it on the top of the stand. All in all, this works great for my weekly laundry and is super quick.

Well built, reliable, perfect for any small business focused around clothing.
This Jiffy Steamer is a fantastic upgrade from the previous $50 steamer I had as well as the handheld steamer I had. It is well built, has strong steaming power and lasts a decent amount of time! I went back and forth between the wooden/metal vs plastic handle. In the end I chose the plastic and am very happy with it. Light weight, easily maneuverable, and very strong(ie it’s been dropped and has no signs of stress fractures or cracking like some cheaper steamer heads. This is perfect for my clothes reselling side business as well as personal use.

Worth the price!
If this one lasts as long as my other, I'll be happy. Bought this for my daughter as she needed it for work clothes. I've had the same model for years now. Bought my other daughter a cheaper, different brand, and she went through two, both not lasting more than a year or so. Jiffy, though, makes a great steamer. Love mine and I know daughter will love hers. Worth the extra money, since I know it'll last. I hate ironing, but I love that steaming is quick, gets wrinkles out of delicate items, but will also stretch cotton that has shrunk (you have to pull hard). I bought a mini ironing board that has a hook on one end and hang it on the steamer to use as a steaming board to help get the wrinkles out.

Love this steamer!
The best steamer and it's pink! Highly recommend this steamer. I went with the plastic head because I heard the metal one is pretty heavy and I have lots of clothes to steam regularly so did not want the arm strain. The plastic head works perfectly for what I need it for and I love the lower price. Amazing steam action and minimal wait time. Plus the water tank is big allowing me to steam several and I mean over 20+ pieces with one tank. That is huge for me when my little hand held travel one only did 2.5 pieces on 1 tank lol. I am so happy with my purchase!

Not Worth More Than $50
I desperately wanted to love the Jiffy J-2000S. Its retro vibe, no-frills promise, and the fact that I splurged on the pink version (hoping it’d double as a chic home accessory) had me dreaming of effortlessly steaming my expensive suits and silk ties. What arrived was a colossal letdown, straight out of a 1940s farm shed. The disappointment begins the moment you open the box. Picture the flimsiest, most lackluster cardboard ever, so thin it might disintegrate if you sneeze. Inside? No foam, no bubble wrap - just a couple of sad, bent cardboard scraps to keep the contents from rattling like loose change. It sets the tone for what’s to come. First out of the box is a “key” for installing the hose: a crude, rusty-looking contraption that Grandpa Jiffy might’ve forged from an old gate latch. Then comes the hose itself, indistinguishable from the grimy, heavy rubber tube at a gas station pump, complete with a massive stainless steel coil and a brass fitting so mismatched it screams, “Why bother with cohesive design?” And that pink steamer I ordered? Surprise! It’s white plastic, adorned with a garish pink sticker, as if Jiffy’s idea of “pink” is a Post-it note slapped on at the factory. The whole unit looks like a prototype cobbled together from spare tractor parts; clunky, utilitarian, and utterly out of place in a modern home, let alone near high-end garments. Setting it up is no better. Instructions? Nonexistent. You pour water into a flimsy plastic jug, wrestle the gas-station hose onto the unit, and flip a switch that looks pilfered from a combine harvester. After priming (per vague online advice I had to hunt down), it spews steam, but even 20 minutes later, it spits water droplets like it’s auditioning to ruin my silk. The hose, meanwhile, heats up so much it could double as a branding iron - touch it and you’re nursing a burn. The pole? Laughably short. My pants drag unless I resort to hanging them on doorframes like some makeshift laundry setup. And the pole’s finish: after a chaotic medley of black rubber, stainless springs, brass fittings, and white plastic with a pink sticker, this steamer unit gets a final flourish of brushed aluminum, because apparently no one at Jiffy owns a color wheel. This steamer feels like it belongs in a barn, not a closet. It’s heavy, awkward, and so inelegant it’s practically an affront to my wardrobe. I wanted to test it thoroughly, but after one session, I’m convinced it’s more likely to scald my stuff than smooth it. I’m torn between returning this relic or banishing it to my parents’ basement, where they still iron their towels. But honestly, that scalding hose is too unwieldy even for them. It may break their shoulder, that’s how heavy it is. So, back it goes I guess… Shame on you, Jiffy. I’m off to invest in a steamer from a brand like Rowenta or Laurastar - companies that design for this century, not improvisations from Grandpa’s farm. $265.57 for this??? Like I said in the title: this thing is not worth more than $50. And that’s me being too generous.

me encanta
Estoy feliz con la compra, se calienta un poco lento pero una vez que llega a su temperatura se mantiene constante el calor y saca una muy buena cantidad de vapor, excelente para playeras o prendas delgadas.

awesome steamer favourite brand for years!
Love the steamer as I use it regularly, purchased for my birthday April, 4, 2019 received April 8, 2019, and set it up and used it right away. Regular use weekly and found the black rubber baffle cap worn out. I would definitely register and ask to get a replacement or two to have on hand. I have been using JIFFY steamers for over 25 years. Loved the pink retro colour to match my decor. I would recommend this product. It does not disappoint on making your clothes look fresh & pressed. Sadly, water container/reservoir cracked immediately

Great Quality Steamer
I waited a few months to write this review, and I can confirm the steamer is amazing. One canister of water lasts well over an hour. The steam is continuous and removes very stubborn wrinkles. The price tag was a bit steep, but it was absolutely worth the investment.
