I write this review with 100% confidence that the product I purchased “WickDay resistance bands are perfect for the purpose I use them. They are strong and resilient, measured by the consistent use and weather conditions in which I use them. I live in the desert conditions of Az. Many people who use different bands are upset that the heat weakens the strength. However that is not the case with Wickday. The bands have held up through it all. Thank you

Great BUT
Its far more resistance than the typical yellow bands. If you use it folder in 2 resistance goes up even further. I’ll stick to the lightweight bands from now.
