No really sure why I gave this product a rating of 5 stars. I just feel that it works. I am a big health guy. I workout, juice with a juicer, and take other vitamines. Point that I am making is that I have energy, feel great and so I am always happy to give all of the products I use a good rating. Foti is one of the products I take daily. One thing that I can say is that ever since I began my diet regiment (not a diet but a lifestyle change) I have seen my youthful look restored. I am 33yrs old but I look much younger. Is it the Foti? Or is it a compilation of all that I do? I would like to believe that it's a combination of everything. If the Foti claims are true then it is logical to give credit to Foti for my improvements but not excluding the other vitamines and nutrients I get with my diet.You really can't go wrong with this product. Try it for a month and be health conscious about what you put in your body. Can't go around eating junk food, fried foods, high sugary drinks and expect Foti to do a miracle for you. Your lifestyle must be centered on being healthy with other choices you make. Foti accentuates what you already are when you decide to live a healthy life.

Please do not buy this product. It gives severe headache that lasts 1-2 days.

This is my 2nd order, as it comes with (2) bottles with 100 capsules in each bottle. (200 total). I just looked at noticed that they have this at other stores, such as your local drugstores. Can't believe I didn't check that 1st, lol. I like getting them at the local drug stores since they offer the buy 1, get the 2nd at 50% off. (Just make sure it is not for select vitamins and excludes this). I personally like to just get these from this seller since I want the free shipping on the rest of my order and it has to be over $35 to take advantage of that. (If you're not Prime). Plus the pricing is pretty good!So, on the product itself...my finance and I both take this daily. He's 47 and I'm 43 but we look much younger than our age. We both work out and eat somewhat healthy. We have our cheat days too. He takes Biotin daily, since he thinks his hair is thinning out and is worried. I bought this Fo-ti for myself since I read that it starts to darken the grey hairs. I got tired of getting a mirror out, in the window, and plucking them out with a tweezer. I only have a few that are coming in, here and there. But I'm so paranoid that more are going to come in. My finance saw me taking these and wanted to try them as well. We would forget a few times, so we weren't taking them daily, as we should have. (We take them on average, 4 times a week?) My fiancé mentioned that his hair felt thicker and that his hair was growing in more. He has nice salt and pepper in his hair, so he is more concerned on the thickening of his hair. Me, I noticed that after plucking out the few visible greys that I had, that I didn't notice them as often. The baby hairs had to have been growing in dark! Then we ran out, we were in the process of moving so it took me about 4 weeks to order this again.I really think that this works for thickening hairs and growing hairs back in a darker color, non-grey. Read up on Fo-ti itself, as an herb. We're going to update this review after we have tried it for another full month.
