Depends on the size of your Beard, but yes roughly a months supply would be my best guess

I have asked this too. As much as I can find of the ingredients it is. I have super sensitive skin so I have to go as natural as possible. I know that argan oil is and this is amazing beard wash. A little goes a long way too. If this helps.
