Xentec 9005 10000K HID Xenon Bulb Bundle with 55W EP Alloy Slim Ballast (Ocean Blue, Also fit 9011,9055,9145,HB3,H12)

These came in a timely manner nice and bright easy insulation and make no noise like the old HIDs used to

These did not even last 48 hours! Now I have holes in my housing covers. This is the 2md time that I have tried Xentec, and it went even worse. The first set lasted about 6 months, and I thought that I could have mounted the ballast and staters better. So this time, I worked very hard to mount everything solid without any tight bends in the wires, but they they still failed. The wires coming out of the starter are arcing right at the box. These are extremely low quality, even for the cheap price. The frame for the bulb is Chunky plastic that won't allow the clip to fasten correctly. The seals on the connectors are too big for the mating connector. The wires are too short to mount. The list goes on. Avoid these kits at all cost.

I have used several sets of xentec hids and they have all been extremely bright and long lasting. I did receive a defective ballast with this set however the customer service was great and quickly got me a replacement sent out. At the price of these kits they are very hard to beat. I have one set still working that has been installed for 3 plus years now.

Had an issue at first, one of the ballasts had shorted out and smoked, reached out to the company and asked for a replacement they had a new set shipped immediately and to my door step in two days. Very bright and work as described

Installation was a breeze, I already had a H1 hid kit installed so I swapped out the ballasts and bulbs. Everything was good for about 2 weeks until one of the bulbs burned out. I confirmed it was the bulb by swapping in one of my old ones, so the ballast is still working fine. Unfortunately my headlights are different colors now until I get new matching bulbs.

Bought these for my car, installed them and then one of the lights went out. I ended up ordering the lights separately and found out that the lights were not the problem and that it might be the ballast, so I contacted xentec’s customer service and they sent me a new ballast free of charge. Changed out the ballast in less than 2 min. and the lights work and haven’t had another problem with them… only had these for about 2 and a half weeks, will update if anything happens

Only one of my ballast has been working since day 1 but the one never worked so they sent me a new one and it lasted about a week then blew out and I checked it for power and it was receiving power but was not putting power to the lights.they sent me a new one and thay one never worked and now they are ignoring me and it's been almost a week and a half since I heard anything back
