The picture for this product is better than what was when I bought it, and honestly, had I been able to see that, I'd have chosen another color. The red of this stain is RED--REALLY, REALLY RED. This is great if true reds work with your skin tone,but for mine, I'm far too golden-y/pale to carry that off and still look good. I mute it a bit with a light brown eyeshadow that I no longer use, and the color that results is perfect for me.Since this is a stain, you'd better mean where you put it, because it's not coming off without a fight. Yes, it will fade slightly as the day goes on, but even after 10 hours, there is still a very noticeable trace of the color on my lips. The product smells wonderful, like vanilla mint, and it applies very easily. I strongly suggest NOT using the wand because there's a higher possibility you'll go outside your natural lip line accidentally, thereby making you look like you downed a gallon of red Kool-Aid before leaving the house. Trust me, this is a thing that happened.It's a bit pricey, but you're getting a stain that's very rich in texture and in pigment, which means you won't spend the day putting it on over and over. It does hold up well against cheesburgers, beers, tacos, salsa and chips, and moderate make-out sessions.

LOVE this color, for best most natural look dav a bit on lips, mottle lios together, and use pinkie to blot color together, then do let sit for the 15 seconds recommended. A tiny dab of lip balm in the center makes it even more comfortable/not too matte

While the color i purchased, Loyal, was just a hint darker than I had initially expected, I am pleased overall with the wear and color of the lipstick. As it is a matte formula it does last for a long time (as of the wear today it had about 7.5 hours until it needed reapplication. It fades through eating and drinking (but not as fast as a cream or satin lipstick) and layers over itself very well for when you do need to reapply it. That being said it is not completely matte (and thus not totally transfer proof), and has a light stick when you press your lips together. It doesn't stick to dry patches badly and also does not dry out your lips. As for the amount that you receive it is about 0.25 oz, which is slightly more than the popular KVD Liquid Lipsticks and much more than Lime Crime Velvetines. As for the wand's tip is slightly stiff and scratchy (not bad, but I prefer a softer none like KVD's). As for scent it smells just like a peppermint patty :)

Brought it for a cute Halloween look to add to my Billy thr Puppet from Saw/Jigsaw. Loved it so much I continue to wear it. I have never been a fan of red lipstick as I feel given the size of my lips it always makes me look a complete clown (even without the white makeup on.) but I loved the look on me. It goes on smoothly and stays on for a decent amount of time.

I’ve tried a ton of matte liquid lipsticks and this by far is the best. ‘Loyal’ is, IMO, the perfect red. I have tried no less than 6 other red colors, in other brands, and they were either too pink, too orange or not dark enough. I have very fair skin with cool undertones and red is so hard to find. Not anymore...Loyal is perfect! Great stayingpower and doesn’t streak or smear. I did not touch up my lips in this photo nor change the color in any way. I did smooth out the area around my lips so that the focus would be on my lips.

So overall, my experience with the lipstick itself is amazing. I don't need to reapply after eating, it doesn't crack or flake on me, and it has this really cool minty scent that tingles a little when it's still wet. (If you don't like that, yeah I wouldn't recommend this. It doesn't bother me, though.) I bought the color "Honest," and on the provided color swatches it looked like a pale peachy pink. When it arrived, it was a bright coral pink. I like the color, but it wasn't what I was expecting. You have to be careful with the lip balm you use under this, though. If you use a wax based lip balm, it's going to slide right off. If you use a oil based lip balm, it's great. With removal in mind, you will definitely have to use a makeup remover to get it off. Which, y'know.The first pic is in lowlight, the second is in indoor lighting. Both are after six hours of "I have a cold" wear, with no reapplication. So constant drinking from mugs and blowing my nose. I'm pleased. (Ignore the awful mascara, I was rubbing my eyes all day.)

I love this brand. It is made in America. The color is saturated, so application is easy. You do not have to reapply to get more pigmentation on your lips. Just love it. However, with any matte color, you need to moisturize your lips well. This company also has the best lip liners. I would recommend this brand.Note: I am not sure Amazon has the best price. I found it better price at my local beauty store. This is a brand you will want to own multiple shades of their lip products.

When I say product packaging, I don't mean the shipping packaging. No, I mean the tube itself. The top to the wand is metal which is nice, the tube is glass. The color is a bit brighter than I thought, much like Kat Von D's "Outlaw". Not a bad thing, but I have very light skin so I like darker shades. That was a mistake on my part. It doesn't have that little plastic thing inside the rim of the tube that prevents large amounts of formula from getting on the wand, which is a mega bummer. Especially since it really needs it. So if you're not careful, this can be messy. As for the formula itself, it is very nice. It's creamy and it smells like those mints that you get at Olive Garden after your meal. It applies well and takes about three to four minutes to dry completely, so if you put it on, wait about a minute, and then kiss your hand, it's gonna come off a bit. So be patient! Once dry, very little of it comes off. I'd recommend putting on a light amount of lip balm and then blotting so it doesn't feel sticky.Overall, I'm pleased... just not with the lack of that plastic thing inside the rim of the tube. That's my only complaint.
