Great device for the price! Noise will be heard if using camera mic, or mounted mic. Perfect for Microphones that are wireless, hand held, and/or worn on person.

These work GREAT for podcasting/general content creation. The remote is great and the tracking is very responsive.

Not a bad gadget for the price. I will get some useable video with it but wished it tracked better. It gets stuck sometimes.

Today I rec'd my tracker and love the style and the compact of the item. It really does what it say it can do. It tracked my movement but I have a two issues that I hope can be resolved. 1. I tested this with my camcorder with the mic on and when I played back the video you could hear the motor of the tracker being picked up by the mic. Does anyone know if there is fix to this issue so that I don't hear the motor of the tracker on my video. 2. With regards to the remote I find myself having to turn the remote off and on in order for it to work or communicate with the tracker. All in all would I recommend this item...YES I would just need to fix some of the bugs. Since I just rec'd this today, I will continue to use it and may come back for a second finial review and if I still find it a good product I will recommend it. If I can get those to issue fixed then I will keep it, if not I will return it.

Tested this in field. The initial placement of the gear, the videocam and the device, on a tripod that I was using was important. It should include everything that you want to be seen and the gear must be horizontal. Widescreen with any type of action camera will show some curvature to the left and right but the composition of the view should contain all the future elements of the action. That’s not always possible. Now with this device it is supposedly going to track me but only move in the horizontal plane. Not vertical. The device was switched on but not the actual tracker which had to be switched on with the remote. The remote has a side slider to switch it on, and off. Once on, the distance for the tracking has to be correct. In this first use the answer was "no". This has to be tested to find the right distance based probably on lighting and surroundings. So I moved my tripod closer and made sure as best I could that it was stable and level. The device on this occasion had to be closer than advertised but to me in my situation and location this was not important. The remote does allow the left and right movement of the device thus overriding the tracking. Satisfied with the result? Yes. It was used when I was in a fairly static situation. I shall edit this review in the future. Don't forget to turn off the remote when the session is finished. The remote contains a replaceable battery.

I was excited to get this product but basically is not what I expected. It needs to be replaced with a better one. I recorded a video and you can hear the noise of the device as it follows you, also doesn’t do smooth rotation. I am returning this product. If a company is going to produce a product do it right! Consumers deserve better.

I don't mean to be negative. I share the blame for this disappointing review. I do professional videos and thought I could save some bucks with this unit. It was not designed for serious work. But it would be a fun and useful toy for an amateur or hobbyist. The price is certainly right.

Really useful product for vlogger and blogger. Easy to use and value for money.

It doesn’t track as fast or accurately as more expensive models, but it is great for vlogging and moving around freely between 1-5 ft distance.. accuracy drops off quickly if you are farther than that, but you can’t beat its price. I would recommend this product at this price.

Works well. Value for money. Evev it works with dual phone mount with 2 cell phones.

A very useful gadgets if you are conducting seminars.
