Q: Will these stay in your ears while running?

Q: If i plug these into my PC can others hear background noise ?

If it is loud enough others can hear it. If I listen to music loud to drown out noisy coworkers they can hear that I have music going but not the actual lyrics of the song.

Q: How good is the sound quality

I'd say the quality is top of the line. I use them with my phone & tablet & the sound is loud & clear.
