Excellent serated paring knife !!!!
A very high quality built serated paring knife that is quite sharp One has be a bit careful using as its sharpness is extraordinary Author uses the knife to prepare spagehetti sauces with ingredients such as onions and celery and it is able to cut thru them and chop them up without any problem One could say that the knife could also be used as a steak knife given its very sharp and precise edge with say tomahawk steaks that can be large and thick It has a good handle grip It is a German steel construction Very well built and recommended for heavy and moderate cutting tasks Recommended !!!!

Great Blade
I love these knives, I have the fillet knife and the honing rod. For the price they feel great to use. I got my chef's knife at a Christmas gift, I only just ran it through the sharpener end of April. Amazing blade, well put together, will be buying more of Cutluxe knives.
