The straws are too long for the eddy kids 12oz stainless steel bottles but the bite replacements are good

I am super confused about all the negative reviews about the straws being too long or not fitting. The description states for Eddy+ water bottles only and shows a picture of one. The back of the package has a picture of the straw and length to cut it to based on which water bottle you have. This works great for us because we have an insulated Eddy+ that uses a shorter straw than our non insulated one. I only had to buy one replacement pack to get one straw for each, simply by cutting to the picture sizes. The bite valves are slightly sealed at the end when opening the pack, just as they are when you buy a new bottle. Just pinch it hard to break the seal. As long as you are getting this for the correct water bottles and you are okay with cutting the straw to fit the specific model you have, then these are a must have for the Eddy+ bottles.

Great product and no leaks easy installation. Great price for all replacements. We’ve used one replacement and it’s been months so made to last. Best for toddlers, delivered enough water, and durable through biting. A little hard to clean inside of spout unless you have a small bristle brush.

This is a must have for every house with a toddler! It's easy to clean (if you have the right tools of course) and I have not seen any mold build up inside. My son is always dropping his water bottle and I love that this valve is leak proof. No issues with spills here! It's very durable, especially because I have my toddler biting on it every day. I don't even see any marks or signs of wear and tear. Colors are okay, they pop a little too much and don't go with teh bottle we have, but it's still worth having around. Overall, great purchase and can withstand anything a toddler does to it.

It's great to have the replacements. The nozzles fit my daughter's water bottles perfectly but the straws are a bit too long and need to be cut to use with her bottles. My daughter still manages to chew through this thick plastic so we have to get them replaced periodically. Why do kids have to chew through everything????

So thankful these replacements are around! I have a toddler who loves to bite this rubber valve and breaks it. We love the water bottle but definitely needed these. Also, nice that the straw is included as well! They are easy to replace soft, leak-proof and good quality.

These replacement parts will lengthen the life of my kid’s water bottle! The spout fit perfectly plus I like that I am able to use the old straw with the spout. Also the new straws that came with it are longer, so if ever I am going to need straw, I will have to cut the new ones, which I don’t find critical at this point. My tip before buying these, is make sure you have the right Camelbak product on hand as they make several types.

The bite valve fits the original kid’s eddy perfectly well, but the original straw will not fit in these valves— hence the replacement straws.

These are great. I only needed 1 but I mean, doesn't hurt to have extras I guess. Also like other people said, the straw may be a little long so may need to cut it for certain bottles.

Purchased this set as my two young ones have been very rough with their drink bottles. The item arrived quickly but not as quick as the young ones wanted to try out the new colours on their bottles. The mouth pieces fit perfectly and the colour versions look great compared to the clear the bottles came with. The straw required some cutting to fit the bottle. There is a guide on the back of the packaging that shows how long to cut it depending on your bottle type/size. Only real downside to this pack is not getting to chose the colours of the mouth piece or get a set of all the same. The price of this set for 4 new mouth pieces and 2 straws is the same as a single new drink bottle. So it saved a heap of money. Would buy again for sure as it is great quality as expected from CamelBak products.

I was a little skeptical at first because of all the comments saying that the straw is too long and the mouth pieces are missing the cut/opening. Well it turned out that the straw has the perfect fit for the Eddy bottle, you just have to make sure it’s all the way in. Also all 4 mouth pieces are perfectly fine… at first it seems like there is no opening but you have to squeeze and twist the mouth pieces and the cut/opening will appear.
