Q: How many packs of hair do you need?

It really all depends on what look you're going for. For me, my look was pretty much what you see in ad pics. So for that, I only needed 1 order, which has 6pkgs of hair. Each pkg has 12 strands of hair. For my braid pattern, I did 24 individuals in the front; connecting each 1 going twd the back. Then, from the1/2 way point of my head, I cornbraided 6 braids down the back of my head,connecting each. With all said n done, I still had a few locs left over in the 6th pack. Hope this helps.

About a month. You can try 12 inch, if you are not satisfied, feel free to contact us.
